ACTALYKE 單通道系統(tǒng)提供了即時(shí)血凝（ACT）檢測。在各種外科和醫(yī)療操作期間，儀器監(jiān)視病人體內(nèi)中高水平的肝素，具有較好的靈敏度、線性和精度。

ACTALYKE 單通道系統(tǒng)帶有打印機(jī)，可打印檢測結(jié)果，具有較高的耐用性、便攜性和靈活存放選擇。

原理

操作是由微處理器、并通過一個(gè)控制按鈕進(jìn)行控制。

在接通電源時(shí)，計(jì)算機(jī)進(jìn)行自檢，以檢測錯(cuò)誤條件或潛在問題。

如果檢測出錯(cuò)誤，則計(jì)算機(jī)發(fā)出三次“嗶嗶聲”。若出現(xiàn)硬件錯(cuò)誤，則會交替顯示“E##”和“####”，不讓測試進(jìn)行，以保證結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確度。

儀器的檢測室裝有高度靈敏的凝固檢測器。檢測器使用裝于試管中的磁鐵和位于檢測室中的兩個(gè)固態(tài)磁力探測器工作。

一個(gè)磁力探測器與試管成0º，另一個(gè)磁力探測器與試管成90º。在將試管插入到檢測室中時(shí)，位于0º的檢測器隨著試管的緩慢旋轉(zhuǎn)，檢測到磁鐵的存在。

隨著血凝形成，纖維蛋白束會使試管中的磁鐵旋轉(zhuǎn)。位于90º的檢測器檢測出試管磁鐵的運(yùn)動，系統(tǒng)確定凝固最終點(diǎn)。這個(gè)兩點(diǎn)檢測系統(tǒng)最大限度地降低了最終點(diǎn)丟失的可能性。

檢測室支撐著試管。在按下“啟動”按鈕時(shí)，微型計(jì)算機(jī)接通馬達(dá)，馬達(dá)帶動試管旋轉(zhuǎn)。加熱器保持在恒定的37ºC±0.5，溫度由內(nèi)部電子元件監(jiān)視。在檢測到凝固最終點(diǎn)時(shí)，儀器通過啟動音響指示器通知操作人員程序完成，并在LED顯示器上顯示凝固時(shí)間。

Actalyke試管按最高規(guī)格標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制作，以便獲得精確的檢測結(jié)果。每個(gè)試管裝有凝固試劑和磁鐵。共可提供四種不同催化劑試劑。

傳統(tǒng)的ACT玻管只裝有一種催化劑，或硅土或高嶺土或玻珠。然而不同病人對不同的催化劑有不同反應(yīng)。這種反應(yīng)有可能導(dǎo)致XII因子無法完全活化。而MAX——ACT使用混合催化劑，其中包括玻珠，硅土，高嶺土三種成份，以用來使血凝瀑布式連鎖反應(yīng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和最大限度化。使用MAX-ACT所得結(jié)果基線更靈敏，線性更好，并有良好的重復(fù)性。
