COD的測(cè)量原理是基于中國(guó)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)重鉻酸鉀高溫氧化法,根據(jù)氧化劑的消耗量可直接測(cè)定水樣中的COD濃度。氨氮在線分析儀采用納氏試劑法或水楊酸光學(xué)比色測(cè)定,其分析過(guò)程和分析結(jié)果完全符合HJ536-2009和HJ/T101-2003的國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和行業(yè)要求;總磷在線分析儀采用鉬酸銨比色法:水樣與過(guò)硫酸鉀在紫外光下進(jìn)行消解反應(yīng),水中含磷化合物被氧化成正磷酸鹽,然后在酸性介質(zhì)中與鉬酸銨、酒石酸銻鉀反應(yīng),生產(chǎn)的雜多酸,再與抗壞血酸反應(yīng)生成藍(lán)色物質(zhì),其顏色深淺與水樣中總磷含量成正比。
系統(tǒng)特點(diǎn)

5.反應(yīng)時(shí)間的靈活設(shè)定保證了任何水樣都能準(zhǔn)確監(jiān)測(cè)。
6.注射泵使用壽命長(zhǎng),每三年只須更換一次注射器。
7.外部取樣采用潛水泵和自吸泵兩種方式。
8.在線監(jiān)測(cè)方式多樣化,可實(shí)現(xiàn)人工隨時(shí)測(cè)量、自動(dòng)定時(shí)測(cè)量、自動(dòng)周期性測(cè)量等測(cè)定方式。
9.先進(jìn)的自我診斷、報(bào)警系統(tǒng),當(dāng)樣品突然中斷時(shí),有報(bào)警信號(hào)。
10.操作和維護(hù)簡(jiǎn)單。
